Abstract

The considered design of the multi-turn magnetic encoder large linear displacements, which has such advantages as relatively small dimensions that do not depend on the measured displacement, and high resistance to mechanical overload caused by the application of electromagnetic raster sensing element. Developed equivalent circuit of the magnetic circuit of the sensor with mechanical vernier mating surfaces of the stator and rotor, to search for connections between circuit parameters and output characteristics of the applied method of contour currents. The expressions for calculating the magnetic conductivity in the working gap of the sensor moves with the front pair zubovich rasters for a uniform field with the introduction of correction factors that take into account the flows with end faces and the side faces of the protrusions of the rotor and the stator, allowing you to develop a methodology of design parameters sensitive elements bitmap of sensor displacements.
